Ramen - super easy recipe!
This Ramen recipe is full of store cupboard ingredients. You can have it cooked in 20 minutes and all cooked on one pot!

2 Chicken thighs (salmon fillets work really well too)

1tsp miso paste
25g dried mushrooms (or a handful of fresh mushrooms, sliced)
Noodles
Coriander
50g sweet chilli sauce
50g oyster/plum sauce
50g soy sauce
Egg
Radish
2 spring onions
