Fennel & Bay Pork with cider and mustard sauce

Bit of a long one today. A full recipe!

To cook along you’ll need

Pork fillet/tenderloin (chops are fine too)

Sea salt

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 tsp crushed bay leaves

New potatoes

Oil

1 clove garlic

300ml cider

300ml chicken stock

300ml double cream

2tsp mustard
